Sometimes you just get the itch to draw. I had felt that I have been out of practice, and I just wanted to draw something. So I went to my MySpace account and the first thing I saw was my brother’s picture. I never really drew them before so I thought it would be great to give it a shot. This activity took two attempts. The first attempt looked really bad and I could not in good conscience, show it to anyone. I believe it is now destroyed and tossed in the garbage. I use blue line pencils first to sketch out his details and the preliminary lines. I then used ink pens over the blue lines. Then scanned the image in Photoshop. Using filters I got rid of the blue lines. This sketch probably took me 30 minutes of my time. My brother Linald is one cool guy.
